Endorphins? They don’t get near enough credit. But, those little surges of natural energy sure do make the day more enjoyable. That being said, why don’t I remember that and make a point getting my daily dose?
I am once again on day one of trying to establish a good habit (walking/running). Why are the good habits so much harder to set? If you are reading this you can be praying for me, that I can establish good eating and exercising habits for me and my family. I will keep you posted on our progress.
I am praying. It can be soooo hard! I’m proud of you for your efforts and accomplishments today and pray tomorrow is successful. If not, take heart, don’t be discouraged and try again the next day!
Way to go! I’m working on this, too, more consistency in exercise and hoping to make steps in the right direction with eating, too, coming up. I’ve only missed 5 workouts since January 1, so even though I haven’t seen results, I’m glad to be plugging along. Will pray for you today! I see your F/B updates and think, “You go, girl!” Take care!
