I have to say that I am really addicted to my Beth Moore Bible Study. We are doing her study “Believing in God”. Wow!! I love being challenged in this way and growing not only in areas that NEED growth but also in areas that we have started to grow.

There are so many things that I could journal about but this one really hit me. It really is how so much of our world is and how often I and we as Christians are. This is a quote from the study: “I grow increasingly convinced that God allows us to take our best shot at being God, even to the point of making believers squirm and wonder if we could be right. Many intellectuals might even proclaim that God has been overruled (or worse yet, is dead) and celebrate their heady victory. Believers who refuse to waver over man’s new evidences wonder how God could let a thing like that happen.” Beth Moore

But then Scripture says in Isaiah 45: 18-19 “I am the Lord, and there is no other… I, the Lord, speak the truth; I declare what is right”

He in fact knows who He is and what He is doing. He knows in our defiance that we will make fools of ourselves.
