Day 890

Tonight, on our 890th day of our reading streak, we completed another book. We just finished a book by Sharon Creech, called Walk Two Moons, a Newbery Medal winner.

We discovered Sharon Creech, when our dear Aunt Frances sent us a box of her favorite books that she has collected over the years.  Aunt Frances has always shared our love for adventure that books bring us and because she once taught school we have relied very much on her suggestions for books for us to read as a family.   Hayden and Gillian always love when Aunt Frances visits because she will spend hours with them going through books.  Tomorrow we will start another book by Sharon Creech called, Absolutely Normal Chaos.   Looking forward to it!
